Production Engineering Specialist
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your expertise by sharing cycle time data with internal teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Responsible for handling daily process issues in the aluminum casting workshop and rotor machining workshop to ensure normal production operation.
- Responsible for daily process digestion in the rotor workshop and interpretation of engineering technology changes.
- Manage on-site tooling, molds, and tool ledgers, capable of designing and drawing simple tooling.
- Responsible for updating operation manuals, providing training, and measuring working hours.
Qualifications for the role
- College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical or Automation
- Can use AutoCAD, Excel, and Soldworks to draw simple drawings
- Experience in casting aluminum or die-casting motor rotors is preferred
- Strong hands-on ability
- Strong learning ability
