Context and Main Missions:
The Regional Product Manager is one of the most important roles in
the organization that is crucial for shaping LEM’s product strategy and driving
growth.
He/She is responsible for leading and directing the product strategy for the
following business line:
- B Battery Management Systems
This role involves contributing to the regional roadmap and
strategy to reflect regional specificities, in close collaboration with the
Global Product Manager and local business leader,as well as following its
timely execution, market research, and product lifecycle management to drive
innovation and market leadership. Regional Product Manager will collaborate
with cross-functional teams, including Global Product Manager, R&D,
marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the successful launch and
sustainability of products in global markets.

Key responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and
Vision:
o Contribute to the annual 5-years Company Strategy
Cycle, with regional roadmap needs and specificities
o Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned
with the company’s overall business strategy
o Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on market
trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
o
Identify growth opportunities and areas for innovation
within the Power Electronics domain.
2. Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
o Conduct thorough market research to understand
industry dynamics, customer pain points, and emerging technologies.
o Gather insights from customers, sales teams, and
technical experts to inform product decisions.
o Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark against competition.
3. Product
Development and Lifecycle Management
o Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
o Collaborate with engineering, design, and
manufacturing teams to ensure timely, competitive, and high-quality product
releases.
o Manage product lifecycles, including enhancements,
updates, and obsolescence planning.
4. Business Development and Partnerships:
- Identify
strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or acquisitions that enhance the
company’s product portfolio.
- Work closely
with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and market
penetration.
- Establish
relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and
industry associations.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely
with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment
and successful execution of product strategies.
- Communicate product
vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, including
customers and partners.
6. Financial Management:
- Define and follow product development budgets, pricing strategies, and cost
structures.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation.
7. Leadership:
- Cross functional
leadership driving multi departments teams ( Sales, R&D, Quality,
Finance…)
- Foster a culture
of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Mentor and
develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
o Master's degree in Electronics, MBA is a plus
o Experienced in driving state of the art Strategy
Processes
o Minimum 5 years of experience in product management
o Strong understanding of Power Electronics
technologies, applications, and markets.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and
strategic thinking skills.
o Proven track record of successfully launching and
managing in a complex environment
o Decisive and action oriented, with strong ability to
drive
o Automotive experience is plus and fluent in English
o Willingness to travel internationally and locally as
required to meet with global teams, customers, and partners.
