Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Based on the company’s strategy, brand & customer analysis, develop and execute the annual brand strategy for retail brands and managing the annual market budget.

Social Media: Develop digital projects based on brand marketing strategies, maintain good operation of various channels and platforms, be responsible for the brand communication in social media, including the overall contents and operation of Tiktok, RED, WeChat and small programs.
根據(jù)品牌營(yíng)銷策略,開(kāi)發(fā)和規(guī)劃數(shù)字化項(xiàng)目,并負(fù)責(zé)果樂(lè)士品牌在社交媒體的傳播,包含抖音、小紅書、微信、小程序上的整體內(nèi)容營(yíng)銷和運(yùn)營(yíng)。
Cobrand & CRM: Responsible for the KOC/KOL collaboration, seeding, and CRM on the above platforms.
負(fù)責(zé)以上平臺(tái)對(duì)應(yīng)的達(dá)人合作、種草、私域管理。
Other Brands’ Offline Events: Assist in completing offline promotional activities for other brands, such as new product launches, pop-up stores, brand event tours, music/coffee festivals.
協(xié)助完成公司其他品牌線下宣傳活動(dòng),如新品發(fā)布會(huì)、快閃店、品牌活動(dòng)巡游系列、音樂(lè)節(jié)/咖啡節(jié)等項(xiàng)目。
Others: Collaborate with internal teams, share the latest brand trends, and jointly promote company development and business achievement.
與內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,分享最新的品牌動(dòng)向,共同推進(jìn)公司發(fā)展和業(yè)務(wù)達(dá)成。
Qualification &Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-years marketing experiences in FMCG field (food or beverage FMCG background.with related experience in mum&baby products,preferably infant nutrition and baby food,baby goods are also under consideration) with excellent sense of brand communication. 3年以上快消品營(yíng)銷經(jīng)驗(yàn),做過(guò)母嬰類產(chǎn)品優(yōu)先(如嬰配奶粉/寶寶輔食/寶寶用品等),對(duì)品牌宣傳有非常好的敏感度。
