崗位職責(zé): 1. Conduct in - depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices related to HR systems. 2. Collaborate with senior management and department heads (including HR and finance) to define the strategic vision and roadmap for the business systems, aligning them with the overall company goals. 3. Develop long - term and short - term product plans, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and resource availability. 4. Engage with various business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and requirements regarding the business systems. 5. Translate business requirements into clear, detailed product requirements, creating user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. 6. Prioritize requirements based on impact, urgency, and feasibility, and manage the requirements backlog effectively. 7. Product Optimization and Support
任職要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience as a product manager in the apparel industry. 2. Possess excellent product thinking, have sufficient passion for product design and keep a long-term focus on it. Be able to take charge of product planning and follow up on the requirements of subsequent versions. 3. Be proficient in prototype design software such as Axure, and be skilled in using tools like PPT, mind maps, and flowcharts to achieve rapid output. 4. Have strong learning, communication and problem-solving abilities, possess good teamwork skills and be able to withstand high-intensity work pressure. 5. Have relatively good English reading and writing abilities, and preferably have listening and speaking abilities as well.
