Job Responsibilities & Requirements: ? Responsible for PPF products (generators, light tower, dewatering pumps, Energy storage system) sales through individual efforts and dealer network to achieve sales targets in East of China territory. ? Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets. ? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships. ? Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. ? Conduct regular business reviews to understand client needs and align solutions. ? Provide actionable insights to internal teams (Marketing, Product) to enhance regional relevance. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support. ? Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent. ? Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a regional/territory management role. ? Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. ? Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills. ? Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments. ?
