2. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品及過(guò)程要求，評(píng)估和批準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品的FAAR 和供應(yīng)商FAAR資料及PPAP資料。
Basing on product, Process and procedure, review and approve FAAR
report and check supplier FAAR package files and PPAP files.
3. 評(píng)估和編制產(chǎn)品的MSA (GRR)報(bào)告, 確保產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)gage和儀器的有效性。
Do assessment on product and measurement tool, prepare MSA (GRR)
report. Calibrate the inspection equipment as gage and process inspection
machine to assure the efficiency.
4. NCR & QA instruction 的準(zhǔn)備，確保來(lái)料部品不合格得到有效處置
NCR& QA insptruction prepare and confirmation, assure the incoming
good control on nonconfirming parts.
