Roles & Responsibility
1. 根據(jù)產(chǎn)品圖紙和項目要求，制作和提交項目相關(guān)計劃信息；
According to product drawings and project requirements, make and submit project-related plan information;
2. 根據(jù)NPI項目進(jìn)展計劃，設(shè)計電鍍制程和工藝流程，完成電鍍樣品的制作，并提交FAA；
According to the NPI project progress plan, design the plating process flow, complete the production of plating samples, and submit to FAA;
3. 協(xié)調(diào)與項目相關(guān)的設(shè)計評審、變更和改善，修正設(shè)計存在的缺陷和不足；
Coordinate the design review, changes and improvements related to the project and correct the defects and deficiencies in the design;
4. 協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)備和工夾具在制作過程中的技術(shù)問題并提出改善建議；
Tackle the technical problems of equipment and fixtures in the production process and make suggestions for improvement;
5. 完成批量生產(chǎn)時所需要的相關(guān)文件、操作規(guī)范，以滿足正式生產(chǎn)所需要的指導(dǎo)條件；
Complete the relevant documents and operating specifications required for mass production to meet the guiding conditions required for formal production;
6. 主導(dǎo)對現(xiàn)有的制程工藝進(jìn)行改善，積極推行精益管理模式，確保部門得以實現(xiàn)各項KPI指標(biāo)；
Lead the improvement of the existing process technology, and actively promote the lean management model to ensure the department can achieve KPI indicators;
7. 對生產(chǎn)參數(shù)和材料用量進(jìn)行分析和管控，對各項改善提供相關(guān)的技術(shù)支持。
Analyze and control production parameters and material consumption, and provide relevant technical support for various improvements.
崗位要求
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，應(yīng)用化工或相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Bachelor degree or above, applied chemical engineering or chemical engineering related major
2. 三年以上連續(xù)電鍍工藝相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
More than three years of working experience in plating process;
3. 具有良好的溝通技巧,團隊合作精神及疑難問題的分析能力；
Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and analysis ability of difficult problems;
4. 英文良好,達(dá)到CET-4以上.
English CET-4 or above.
