HVAC
RESPONSIBILITIES
? To support the chiller product application department in China and Asia market to ensure product matching with customer needs.
? To assist the sales team in technical training of the products and provide professional product demonstration, technical Q&A and solutions.
? To prepare and collate relevant technical documents, such as application manuals and technical specifications.
? To collect market feedback, analyze customer needs and provide reference suggestions for product improvement and technical innovation.
? Work closely with the R&D team to participate in the technical testing and evaluation of new products, and promote the application of products in the target market.
QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in HVAC, refrigeration, thermal energy and other related fields.
? At least 5 years of experience as a technical support or application engineer for chillers or related equipment.
? Familiar with the working principle and application of chiller system and have relevant system design experience especially for data center application.
? Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work closely with different departments.
? Strong customer service awareness, able to solve problems efficiently.
? Good English reading and writing skills, able to understand and use relevant English technical information.
? Relevant technical certifications are preferred.
