POSITION SUMMARY: - To learn customer requirement, development, product extension & design new product, Project transfer cooperation. - Coordinate & response to new product design, product sustaining and project transfer MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED : - New product cost analysis, feasibility study, and concept design. - Detailed product design and product development follow with PACE procedure and engineering regulation. - Existing product modification, extension for new part number. - Provide the technical support for customer. - Responsible for ECR, ECN. - Responsible for customer’s new sample requirement. - Assist QA for quality issue solving and customer’s application troubleshooting. - Be product engineer role in product transfer team. - Follow the AFCI EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system. REQUIRED: - Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical engineering or related - Above 8 years work experience on connector design and manufacturing experience
