崗位職責(zé) 1. 內(nèi)容運(yùn)營與品牌傳播：負(fù)責(zé)國際教育產(chǎn)品及課程的社交媒體內(nèi)容策劃與運(yùn)營，產(chǎn)出符合跨文化受眾需求的優(yōu)質(zhì)圖文及視頻內(nèi)容；主導(dǎo)線上線下活動(dòng)的內(nèi)容創(chuàng)意與傳播策略。 2. 活動(dòng)策劃與執(zhí)行：策劃并統(tǒng)籌執(zhí)行線上線下推廣活動(dòng)（如教育展會(huì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)研討會(huì)、品牌讀書會(huì)、用戶沙龍等），制定活動(dòng)方案、預(yù)算及執(zhí)行計(jì)劃，確?；顒?dòng)效果與品牌目標(biāo)一致。 3. 商務(wù)合作與資源拓展：主動(dòng)對(duì)接海外教育機(jī)構(gòu)、國際學(xué)校及潛在合作伙伴，完成合作方案談判與落地執(zhí)行，整合外部資源推動(dòng)品牌增長(zhǎng)。 4. 跨部門協(xié)作與資源整合：與設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，明確品牌視覺及內(nèi)容調(diào)性需求，輸出高質(zhì)量設(shè)計(jì)素材；聯(lián)動(dòng)教學(xué)、教研部門，提煉產(chǎn)品核心價(jià)值，轉(zhuǎn)化為可傳播的跨文化溝通語言。 任職要求 1. 語言能力：精通中英雙語，能以母語級(jí)水平撰寫專業(yè)文案，適應(yīng)跨文化語境下的溝通需求。 2. 跨文化敏感度：具備3年以上國際教育、海外留學(xué)或跨國企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉中西方教育體系差異，能精準(zhǔn)捕捉跨文化用戶需求。 3. 活動(dòng)策劃能力：擁有線上線下活動(dòng)全流程策劃與執(zhí)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能獨(dú)立完成活動(dòng)方案制定、資源協(xié)調(diào)及效果復(fù)盤，具備教育行業(yè)活動(dòng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 4. 設(shè)計(jì)技能：熟練使用Photoshop、Illustrator等設(shè)計(jì)工具，具備基礎(chǔ)視覺設(shè)計(jì)能力，能高效對(duì)接設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)并提出優(yōu)化建議。 5. 快速學(xué)習(xí)能力：能快速理解教育產(chǎn)品邏輯、國際課程體系及市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)，并轉(zhuǎn)化為運(yùn)營策略與落地動(dòng)作。 6. 學(xué)歷與背景：本科及以上學(xué)歷，國際教育、市場(chǎng)營銷、傳播學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；有國際課程推廣或海外教育背景者優(yōu)先。

SCHOOL PROFILEBeijing City International School(BCIS) was opened in August 2005 to provide an international education for the expatriate community in Beijing and, uniquely, for the children of internationally-minded Chinese nationals. The vision of the founders sees BCIS as a bridge between East and West. BCIS is a private, not-for-profit, coeducational day school.Enrollment currently stands at 750 students. There are over 50 nationalities enrolled. The school has an open admissions policy for students who can benefit from its programme. Students must either be fluent in the English language or willing to develop fluency through the school’s ESOL(English for Speakers of Other Languages) programme.The school comprises of three sections: an Early Childhood Center(Toddler through Kindergarten) and an Elementary School(G1 through Grade 5) and an Secondary School(Grades 6 through 12), each of which is headed by a Principal who reports to the Head of School.
