職位描述
工藝設(shè)計(jì)SOPPFMEA
1、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)階段的工藝可行性評(píng)估，能夠提前從工藝易拆裝、工藝通用性、工時(shí)效率、平衡等維度，提前規(guī)避工藝問題，能與設(shè)計(jì)工程師共同評(píng)估出產(chǎn)品特殊特性清單，參與DFMEA的推進(jìn)
2、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，包含工序流程圖、SOP、PFMEA等，并能識(shí)別出產(chǎn)品過程特殊特性清單
3、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的工藝培訓(xùn)，保證產(chǎn)品順利實(shí)現(xiàn)量產(chǎn)
4、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的問題評(píng)估、整改推進(jìn)，保證問題在研發(fā)階段實(shí)現(xiàn)可靠性閉環(huán)
6、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的落地審核，保證產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)落地，質(zhì)量實(shí)現(xiàn)可靠性保證
7、能夠與上下游組織在產(chǎn)品推進(jìn)上做好高效溝通，全方位實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品工作推進(jìn)，
職位要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)，3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. 獨(dú)立負(fù)責(zé)過完整產(chǎn)品的工藝文件編制
3. 較強(qiáng)的鉆研和學(xué)習(xí)能力，理解和分析問題能力
