物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃貨運(yùn)/物流/倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)
崗位內(nèi)容：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)公司物流運(yùn)營(yíng)管理，提供物流服務(wù)。
2. 設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)施運(yùn)輸計(jì)劃，確保訂單準(zhǔn)時(shí)配送。
3. 實(shí)現(xiàn)物流成本的最小化，提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。
4. 對(duì)物流團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行管理和培訓(xùn)，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效。
任職要求：
1. 具備較強(qiáng)的談判和溝通能力，與各類(lèi)合作伙伴前后端溝通協(xié)調(diào)無(wú)壓力。
2. 具備扎實(shí)的物流觀念，對(duì)速遞、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、配送等流程有深刻理解。
3. 具備出色的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力，能夠有效推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成目標(biāo)。
4. 具備三年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
