銷售團(tuán)隊HRBP銷售分析支持業(yè)務(wù)部門人力資源服務(wù)
崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities :
1.作為業(yè)務(wù)伙伴, 提供專業(yè)HR服務(wù)支持公司長期、中、短期的業(yè)務(wù)/部門發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和人力資源戰(zhàn)略; Provide account servicing and work as business partners to support company’s long term, medium and short term business /department development strategy and human resource strategy;
2.針對復(fù)雜的員工關(guān)系和人力資源問題提供解決方案和建議; Provide advice and counsel on multiple initiatives and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues;
3.找出人力資源可以為業(yè)務(wù)增加價值的新機(jī)會 Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business;
4.與人力資源部其他職能部門的同事合作,共享信息和資源,共同完成和推動團(tuán)隊項目Cooperate with colleague with other functions within Human Resource department, share information and resources, and work together to complete and drive team projects;
5.針對業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊情況,清晰勝任力素質(zhì)模型,設(shè)計人員成長路徑及人員培養(yǎng)方案,有效制定和實施人才發(fā)展計劃,并制定核心團(tuán)隊的繼任者計劃;Based on the business, understand the competency model, design the career path and training program, design and implement the talent development plan and formulate the successor plan of business team;
6.負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)線崗位招聘,確保招聘的速度與質(zhì)量Responsible for the recruitment of business positions, ensure the speed and quality of recruitment;
7.依據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)導(dǎo)向,不斷優(yōu)化與改進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)線的考核與激勵方案;According to the business direction, constantly optimize and improve the business KPI ranking system and incentive scheme;
8.組織本業(yè)務(wù)部門員工的績效管理、培訓(xùn)等工作,促進(jìn)員工績效改進(jìn);Organize the performance management, training of the business department, improvement of staffs' performance;
9.監(jiān)控勞動力成本,人效產(chǎn)出,對業(yè)務(wù)線人員預(yù)算編制及監(jiān)督執(zhí)行負(fù)責(zé),確保整體成本有效性得到提升;Monitor the labor cost and human efficiency output, responsible for the budgeting and implementation of the personnel in the business team, to ensure the overall cost effectiveness is improved;
10.制訂并執(zhí)行各業(yè)務(wù)部門HR年度工作計劃和WCM的PD 活動;使用Workday系統(tǒng)管理人員信息。Design and implement the annual HR plan of business and conduct WCM PD activities; Use the Workday system to manage personnel information;
11.作為業(yè)務(wù)部門和人力資源之間的聯(lián)絡(luò)人,確保人力資源服務(wù)與內(nèi)部客戶的需求保持一致 Act as a liaison between the line and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs;
12.完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。Other tasks assigned by superior leader.
任職要求 qualification:
1.本科以上學(xué)歷,銷售(包括銷售分析),市場,及人力資源相關(guān)專業(yè),3-5年擔(dān)任HRBP獨立支持業(yè)務(wù)部門的經(jīng)驗,有銷售HRBP的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮;
Bachelor degree or above, major in Sales, Marketing or Human Resources, 3-5 years' working experience as HR BP to support business department development. Experiences in sales BP (including sales analysis) is preferred;
2.對于業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊有長期支持經(jīng)驗,對于激勵與培養(yǎng)發(fā)展有獨到見解;Long term support experience for business team, have unique insight on motivation and people development;
3.自我驅(qū)動,獨立思考力強(qiáng),具備優(yōu)秀的承壓能力,溝通能力,項目協(xié)調(diào)能力,快速學(xué)習(xí)能力;
Self-driven, independent thinking , able to afford pressure , communication skill, project coordination and quick learning ability.
4. 對于人力資源各模塊業(yè)務(wù)有全面的理解,并能熟練運用各模塊工具對業(yè)務(wù)部門提供專業(yè)指導(dǎo)和支持;Have a comprehensive understanding of each HR module, can use the tools of each module to provide professional guidance and support to the business department;
5. 熟悉常用計算機(jī)軟件,如Windows、word、Excel等; Practical knowledge in common computer software, such as Windows, Words, Excel Good command of oral and written English;
6. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力; Good command of oral and written English;
熟悉國家相關(guān)的人力資源政策、法律法規(guī)。Familiar with local municipal and state labor regulations;
7.能夠接受出差安排。
Willing to travel.
