主要職責(zé)： 1.項目評估：根據(jù)客戶的要求和科學(xué)的判斷，評估項目策略，準(zhǔn)備服務(wù)方案。 2.項目管理：協(xié)調(diào)所有團隊以促進研究工作，并定期向客戶提供任何項目進度/故障排除的反饋/更新，尤其是關(guān)鍵客戶。 3.Work 與商業(yè)團隊和生產(chǎn)團隊合作，以確保項目能夠及時完成。 4.幫助完善服務(wù)平臺：深入了解市場需求和競爭對手。幫助優(yōu)化和升級我們的服務(wù)包和平臺技術(shù)。 5.幫助團隊的日常運作。 6.至少擁有生命科學(xué)碩士學(xué)位;博士學(xué)位優(yōu)先。 7.客戶服務(wù)意識強，責(zé)任心強，有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，執(zhí)行力強。 8.固體蛋白相關(guān)技術(shù)背景，具有理解或動手經(jīng)驗。 9.能夠同時處理多任務(wù)和管理各種項目元素。 10.管理高壓力情況的能力。 Key Responsibilities: 1.Project evaluation: evaluate the project strategy and prepare the service proposal based on client`s request and scientific judgement. 2.Project management: Coordinate all teams to facilitate the research work and provide regular feedback/update to client for any project progress/trouble shooting, especially for key accounts. 3.Work collaboratively with commercial team and production team to ensure projects can be finished in time. 4.Help to improve of service platform: Have a deep understanding of the market needs and our competitors. Help to optimize and upgrade our service package and platform technology. 5.Help with the team’s daily operation. 6.At least MS degree in life sciences; PhD degree is preferred. 7.Strong customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, strong execution ability. 8.Solid protein related technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience. 9.Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously. 10.Capacity to manage high stress situations.
