Responsibilities
? Coordination and stakeholder engagement
o Lead logistical coordination for the Administrator Coordination Team within AIIB and with the MCDF Secretariat
o Communicate with counterparts in Implementation Partners and Contributors to facilitate financial transactions
o Support other coordination needs related to AIIB’s role as MCDF Administrator
? Financial transaction management
o Facilitate the processing of financial transactions and prepare related documentation in accordance with established procedures, including but not limited to commitment letters, fund transfers and returns, and contributions
o Support the monitoring of fund utilization and financial status, including preparation of related reports
? Planning and execution
o Support the annual budget planning and execution for MCDF Administrator
o Lead data collection and preparation for quarterly time and cost tracking exercises for MCDF Administrator
o Support the Budget Unit across the full budgeting cycle, including planning, analysis, reporting, and system operations, as required
? System operation and process improvement
o Operate, maintain, and support the enhancements to the MCDF Administrator IT system
o Contribute to the improvement and streamlining of business processes and policies, including maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
o Organize and maintain relevant documentation in shared drives and other designated repositories
? General support
o Perform administrative tasks and other duties related to the MCDF Administrator function and budget management, as needed.
Requirements
? Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management or relevant fields from a reputable university
? 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance planning and analysis (FP&A) and financial accounting in a large international financial institution and/or administration of special funds in a Multilateral Development Bank is preferred
? Strong attention to detail and a diligent, results-driven work ethic
? Excellent analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
? Solid knowledge in financial and management accounting.

? Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
