崗位職責:
1.Map processes of assigned controls and identify the main control components within that end-to-end process.
2.Document distinct control types, covering key aspects, such as remit, main processes, and handovers to other teams.
3.Evaluate assigned controls for operating effectiveness, document results and raise issues as appropriate.
4.Assist the VP/AVP in the delivery of assigned control assessments and ensure that assigned control assessments are accurate, effective, abide by CA procedures and templates, and meet quality control requirements.
5.Ensure that assigned control assessments are delivered on time, in accordance with the CA assessment plan.
6.Evaluate the root cause analysis for all material issues and remediation plans in places to ensure that they are sufficient and fit-for-purpose.
7.Perform issue closure validation to ensure risks are sustainably remediated by First Line of Defence.
8.Support the VPs/AVPs (location name) as required, including creating customised testing methodology and testing templates.
9.As required, on a rotating basis, support regional Compliance Assurance teams to execute their assurance obligations through remote execution of local reviews and in line with standards set by the CA team commissioning the work (staff augmentation).
10.Effectively communicate with local stakeholders during the process of review work.

1.Minimum of 2 years proven experience in assurance, audit, compliance or risk management within financial services or other major industries.
2.A good understanding of risk management of Credit Cards and Unsecured Personal Lending Portfolios.
3.Awareness on Retail Forbearance and Distressed Restructuring.
4.A good understanding of Residential Mortgages, Reverse Mortgages and Collaterals.
5.An understanding of Financial Statements, Credit Reports.
6.Awareness of Expected Credit Losses (ECL), Impairment and Allowances quantification and assessment concepts (Under IFRS9).
7.Awareness of risk models applied to products such as credit cards, overdraft facilities and mortgage.
8.Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field such as business, finance, law or equivalent experience.
9.Proven ability to multi-task and working independently under pressure to tight deadlines in a challenging and fluid environment.
10.Experience of process mapping and delivering professional reports and presentations gained within a financial services organisation or audit/consulting practice.
11.Awareness of good risk management and governance frameworks including 3 lines of defence criteria.
12.Understanding of the activities of relevant business lines and associated compliance risks.
13.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and to engage with HSBC staff within the functions.
14.Ability to foster relationships whilst providing adequate challenge and effecting change.
15.Experience utilising assurance automation and analytics tools preferred.
16.Fluent in both oral and written English.
17.Proficient with Microsoft Office.
