崗位職責(zé)（Responsibilities）
負責(zé)按時交付客戶相關(guān)的A/B/C/D樣件，包括DV（設(shè)計驗證）和PV（生產(chǎn)驗證）階段的任務(wù)。
Accountable for the deliverables: Focus to customer A/B/C/D sample deliverable including DV/PV.

負責(zé)確保設(shè)計具備良好的可制造性與可驗證性，同時滿足成本目標。
In charge of the robust design for Manufacturing / validation in line with the economic targets.

組織并統(tǒng)籌所有必要的設(shè)計評審工作。
Call/Consolidate all necessary design reviews.

確保與采購、制造等相關(guān)部門的技術(shù)/設(shè)計評審及時開展。
Make sure that Technical/Design Reviews with other networks are happening in a timely manner (Purchase, Industrial).

作為研發(fā)機電一體化職能的代表，對接客戶。
Represent the R&D Mechatronic function at the customer.

就項目中的機電一體化相關(guān)議題與客戶溝通，并將客戶的需求進行分解并傳達至內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門。
Interface with the customer for the R&D Mechatronic subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs.

根據(jù)需要，向上級匯報工作并提出問題升級。
Report and escalate to the Mechatronic Project manager (M-PM) or his/her manager as needed.

參與A/B/C/D階段的進度安排與預(yù)算制定工作。
Contribute for the A/B/C/D scheduling and budgeting.

參與識別項目所需的資源、設(shè)備及投資需求。
Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments.

制定清晰的研發(fā)任務(wù)分解計劃，以確保按時滿足客戶交付要求。
Establish a simple breakdown of the R&D activities to meet the customer delivery on time.

跟蹤其職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的研發(fā)進展和支出情況，確保在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)執(zhí)行。
Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget.

任職要求（Preferred Qualifications）
本科及以上，主修機械工程、電子工程、自動化、機電一體化等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.

具備5年以上汽車電子或機電一體化相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研發(fā)經(jīng)驗.
5+ years of R&D experience in automotive electronics, mechatronics, or related fields.

熟悉汽車研發(fā)流程，了解A/B/C/D樣件開發(fā)及DV/PV測試流程。
Familiar with automotive R&D process, including A/B/C/D sample development and DV/PV testing.
