代理商/經(jīng)銷商建材工程施工
崗位職責:
?負責公司下達辦事處月度、季度及年度工程銷售指標的達成；
Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual project sales target;
?負責辦事處工程渠道業(yè)務(wù)的管理與協(xié)調(diào)，戰(zhàn)略客戶的拓展與維護、住宅項目的跟進與成交、酒店業(yè)務(wù)的拓展與提升及各項渠道指標的建設(shè)與達成；
Responsible for the management and coordination of the project channel business of the office, the development and maintenance of strategic customers, the follow-up and transaction of residential projects, the expansion and improvement of hotel business, and the construction and achievement of various channel indicators;
?負責辦事處專業(yè)工程專銷商的開發(fā)與管理，戰(zhàn)略客戶項目的授權(quán)管理；
Responsible for development and management of professional project distributor, authorization management of strategic customers;
?負責辦事處工程渠道信用額申請、發(fā)放、回收；
Responsible for the application, issuance, recovery for credit of project channel in the sales office;
?負責總部職能部門的業(yè)務(wù)、項目、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)等方面的對接與協(xié)調(diào)，以及工程渠道人員的專業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)能力培訓與輔導；
Responsible for the coordination of business, projects, product technology and other aspects of the functional departments of the headquarters, as well as the professional business ability training and coaching of project channel personnel;
?準確及時地完成上級領(lǐng)導交辦的任務(wù)；
Accurately and promptly complete all the tasks assigned by superiors;
?負責本職工作范圍內(nèi)涉及的EHS管理、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)工作。
Responsible for the management, communication and coordination of EHS within the scope of duty.
任職要求:
?本科及以上學歷，專業(yè)不限；
Bachelor degree or above, no major requirements;
?受過市場營銷、產(chǎn)品知識等方面的培訓；
Trained in marketing, and product knowledge;
?接受公司新員工入職培訓、安全培訓及與本崗位相關(guān)的培訓內(nèi)容；
Accept new employee orientation, safety training and other job related training programs;
?5年以上項目操作和管理經(jīng)驗；
At least 5 years’ experience in project operation and management experience;
?熟悉項目流程操作，有項目開拓、落地經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
Familiar with project process operation, experience in project development and implementation is preferred;
?具備較強的溝通、演講及培訓技巧；
Good communication, presentation and training skills;
?有激情，性格開朗，能在壓力下高效開展工作；
Passionate, cheerful, able to work effectively under pressure;
?熟練操作辦公軟件；
Proficient in office software;
?基本的英語讀寫能力；
Basic English reading and writing skills;
?能夠適應(yīng)頻繁出差。
Adapt to frequent business trips.
