Customer Account Manager – China (E-commerce/Logistics)

Job Description:
Managing close relationships with the company’s existing customer base in China, expanding their business activity with the company, and recruiting new customers. working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer support. A deep understanding of customers’ operational requirements, the necessary operational and technological processes, and the KPI for successful collaboration with customers. The role also involves staying up to date with market trends and the needs of both current and potential Chinese clients.
Scope of work (SOP):
1. Management of commercial relations - existing customers
2. Recruitment and development of relations with new customers
3. Development of initiatives and increasing revenue from existing customers
4. Providing daily and continuous service and response to customers while taking the initiative to expand the activity and adapt additional services.
5. Managing contacts with all parties in the shipping process, to obtain the best price offer for the customer, accompanying the customer and operating the shipment from the moment of contact with the supplier abroad until the shipment reaches its final destination.
6. Preparing price offers, managing negotiations
7. Preparing and drafting agreements and contracts, including active involvement in the negotiation and formulation of agreements with new customers
8. Gathering performance reports and presenting them to customers
Requirements:
1. Must be Chinese and possess a valid professional degree or certification.
2. Good command of English (spoken and written).
3. Strong background in logistics, supply chain management, e-commerce.
4. Minimum of two years of experience working in a logistics or e-commerce company; experience in both is highly preferred.
5. Proven experience in cross-border logistics and operations.
6. Strong skills in customer relations and sales, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
7. Based in Shanghai (can be discussed), with the ability to travel within China as needed.
8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
9. Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment.

要求:
1. 必須是中國人,并具有有效的專業(yè)學位或證書。

3. 在物流,供應鏈管理,電子商務方面有較強的背景。
4. 兩年以上物流或電子商務公司工作經(jīng)驗;有以上經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
5. 具有跨境物流和運營經(jīng)驗。
6. 較強的客戶關系和銷售技巧,具有建立和維護專業(yè)關系的能力。
7. 工作地點在上海(可以討論),可以根據(jù)需要在國內出差。
8. 優(yōu)秀的溝通、談判和組織能力。
9. 能夠在動態(tài)環(huán)境中積極主動地工作。
