崗位職責：
本職位主要負責生產(chǎn)設備的的維修,維護,保養(yǎng)計劃編制,設備備件維護和設備故障數(shù)據(jù)收集分析,確保不斷提高設備可利用率及減少設備停機時間.
This position is mainly responsible for the repair, maintenance, maintenance plan preparation, equipment spare parts maintenance and equipment failure data collection and analysis of production equipment to ensure continuous improvement of equipment availability and reduction of equipment downtime.
1. 具有強烈風險預防和安全意識,熟悉設備維修過程中的安全預防程序(LOTO等).
Have a strong risk prevention and safety awareness, and be familiar with the safety prevention procedures (LOTO, etc.) during equipment maintenance.
2. 保障責任區(qū)域類所有設備處于良好工作狀態(tài),滿足產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)需求.
Ensure that all equipment in the responsibility area is in good working condition to meet the production needs of the production line.
3. 負責制定并定期維護設備保養(yǎng)計劃內(nèi)容和評估設備狀態(tài)和備件狀態(tài).
Responsible for formulating and regularly maintaining equipment maintenance plan content and evaluating equipment status and spare parts status.
4. 負責制定設備相關作業(yè)指導文件并對技術員進行培訓.
Responsible for formulating equipment-related work instruction documents and training technicians.
5. 對新設備進行驗收評估,參與新設備的安裝調(diào)試并給出評估意見.(設備備件清單,點檢,保養(yǎng)計劃,JSA等)
Carry out acceptance evaluation of new equipment, participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and give evaluation opinions. (equipment spare parts list, spot inspection, maintenance plan, JSA, etc.)
6. 和技術員一起對設備問題進行排查,分析. 收集設備關鍵指標參數(shù),對設備問題進行分析并識別根本原因,制定改善計劃.
Work with technicians to investigate and analyze equipment problems. Collect key indicators and parameters of equipment, analyze equipment problems and identify root causes, and develop improvement plans.
7. 定期組織內(nèi)部技術員進行經(jīng)驗分享，持續(xù)提高團隊維修技能。
Organize regular experience sharing with internal technicians to continuously improve the team's maintenance skills.
8. 協(xié)助主管和部門經(jīng)理評估制定相關能力培訓計劃,持續(xù)提高團隊維修技術水平,達到專業(yè)化和職業(yè)化.
Assist supervisors and department managers to evaluate and formulate relevant ability training plans, and continue to improve the team's maintenance technical level to achieve professionalism.
9. 負責協(xié)調(diào)外部供應商資源對設備進行改進，改善解決設備相關的問題.
Responsible for coordinating with external vendor resources to improve equipment and resolve equipment related issues.
10. 評估和主導設備年度翻修計劃和項目實施。
Evaluate and lead the annual equipment refurbishment plan and project implementation.
11. 牽頭制定本組的設備相關預算和投資計劃。
Lead the development of the group's equipment-related budget and investment plan.
12. 主導推進設備預見性維修的實施和改善。
Lead the drive to implement and improve equipment predictive maintenance.
13. 主導設備FMEA和TPM 項目開展和推進，持續(xù)優(yōu)化設備相關保養(yǎng)，提高設備利用率。
Lead the development and promotion of equipment FMEA and TPM projects to continuously optimize equipment related maintenance and improve equipment utilisation.
14. 完成公司安排的其他任務.
