主要職責：
Primary Responsibilities:
? 主導硬件機械需求捕獲、設計工作，選擇關鍵技術及元件以滿足低SWaP產品設計要求
? Lead the activities of hardware mechanical requirement capture, design, and choose key technologies and components to meet low SWaP product design
? 捕獲、分類、記錄并驗證硬件需求
? Capture, categorize, document, and validate the hardware requirements
? 使用CAD軟件開展詳細機械設計
? Develop detailed mechanical design using CAD software
? 執(zhí)行散熱設計與熱分析以滿足產品冷卻需求
? Perform heat dissipation design and thermal analysis to meet product cooling needs
? 實施重量設計與分析以滿足產品重量要求
? Perform weight design and analysis to meet product weight needs
? 與電子工程師協(xié)作開展DO-160相關設計與分析（如EMI/EMC等）以滿足產品需求
? Perform DO-160 related design and analysis together with electronics engineers to meet product needs such as EMI, EMC, etc.
? 編寫機械文檔（包括但不限于機械設計規(guī)范、機械接口描述等）
? Write mechanical documents, including but not limited to mechanical design specifications, mechanical interface descriptions, etc.
? 與其他工程師（生產工程師、硬件工程師、系統(tǒng)工程師）協(xié)作確保正確實施
? Interact with other engineers (production engineers, hardware engineers, system engineers) to ensure proper implementation
? 調試測試原型機，執(zhí)行環(huán)境與合規(guī)測試，解決各類硬件問題
? Debug and test prototypes, perform environmental and regulatory tests, and resolve hardware issues
? 支持項目規(guī)劃工作并確保按計劃及預算執(zhí)行
? Support project planning efforts and ensure execution to schedule and budget
? 擔任初級設計工程師的導師
? Serve as a mentor to less experienced design engineers
? 定期與技術供應商交流以更新技術認知并跟進行業(yè)趨勢
? Regularly meet with technical vendors to refresh technology awareness and track industrial trends
? 完成其他指派任務
? Perform other duties as assigned
任職要求：
Qualifications Required:
? 機械設計專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，至少8年相關經(jīng)驗
? Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years in mechanical design
? 具備航電產品機械設計的扎實實踐經(jīng)驗
? Practical and solid mechanical design experience on avionics products
? 精通EMI/EMC及散熱相關的機械設計
? In-depth knowledge in mechanical design related to EMI, EMC, and heat dissipation
? 熟悉多種制造工藝的零件設計
? Experience with designing parts for various manufacturing processes
? 掌握航電產品組裝與調試技術
? Expertise in avionics product assembly and debug techniques
? 必須具備實驗室動手經(jīng)驗及低功耗設計驗證方法論經(jīng)驗
? Hands-on laboratory experience and low-power design & verification methodology experience required
? 英語流利（書面/口語），能通過郵件/電話與全球團隊討論技術問題
? Fluent in English (written and oral), able to communicate technical issues with global teams via email/phone
