Job Description Summary
職責(zé)匯總：
1. Develop and design competitive products according to local market demand and global product development plan.
參與本地市場(chǎng)需求以及全球產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃，開(kāi)發(fā)和設(shè)計(jì)具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的產(chǎn)品。
2.Through maintenance and optimization of existing products, provide support to production, procurement and other departments, and improve the performance and cost performance of existing products.
通過(guò)維護(hù)和優(yōu)化現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品，給生產(chǎn)、采購(gòu)、銷售等部門提供輔助支持。
3.Support other departments in completing the project.

Key Responsibilities
具體職責(zé)
1.Participate in the development of new products and the non-standard design of projects, including case conveyor, pallet conveyor, multi-shuttle, SRM and other Automated equipment.
參與新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)和項(xiàng)目的非標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)，包括箱式輸送機(jī)、托盤輸送機(jī)、多層穿梭車、堆垛機(jī)及其它倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流自動(dòng)化設(shè)備。
2.Product conceptual design, confirm the overall product structure scheme, including structural mechanics calculation, motor selection, etc.
參與產(chǎn)品概念設(shè)計(jì)，確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品整體結(jié)構(gòu)方案，包括結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)計(jì)算、電機(jī)選型等。
3.Detailed product design, including 3D modeling and 2D engineering drawing.
產(chǎn)品細(xì)化設(shè)計(jì)，包括三維建模和二維工程圖。
4.Cooperate with test engineer to make prototype test plan, and design according to test results.
配合測(cè)試工程師制定樣機(jī)測(cè)試計(jì)劃，并根據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。
5.Support beta project on-site product testing, update products according to test results, and complete drawing release.
支持BETA項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品測(cè)試，根據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果更新產(chǎn)品，完成圖紙發(fā)布。
6.Prepare relevant technical documents, such as product manual, etc.
編制相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔，如產(chǎn)品手冊(cè)等。
7.Design non-standard products according to the requirements of the project, including technical specification confirmation, design, cooperate with testing engineer to do prototype test, etc.
按照項(xiàng)目要求設(shè)計(jì)非標(biāo)產(chǎn)品，包括技術(shù)規(guī)范確認(rèn)、設(shè)計(jì)、配合測(cè)試工程師做樣機(jī)測(cè)試等。
8.Maintenance and support of existing products, including product optimization and cooperation with relevant departments to reduce product cost.
對(duì)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的維護(hù)和支持，包括產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化、與相關(guān)部門合作降低產(chǎn)品成本，給銷售部門提供技術(shù)支持。
Skills & Capabilities
技能要求
1.Skilled in using NX, inventor and other 3D design software. Has use TeamCenter experience
熟練使用NX, INVENTOR等三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件。有使用Teamcenter的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.Have a solid knowledge of mechanical theory, understand all kinds of machining technology.
具有扎實(shí)的機(jī)械理論知識(shí), 了解各種機(jī)械加工工藝。
3.Good English language skills, willing to learn and apply English in daily work.
良好的英文基礎(chǔ)水平，愿意在工作中學(xué)習(xí)并使用英語(yǔ)。
4.Good communication and teamwork skills, Details-orientated with good problem-solving skills.
良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，工作認(rèn)真仔細(xì)，良好的解決問(wèn)題能力。
5.Forward thinking & Proactive, highly motivated, task driven with strong sense of responsibility.
思維敏捷、積極主動(dòng)、行動(dòng)力強(qiáng)、責(zé)任性強(qiáng)、具有強(qiáng)烈的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)。
6. 2 years above experience in mechanical design.
具有2年以上機(jī)械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有物流自動(dòng)化設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)者優(yōu)先考慮。
7. University degree or above major in mechanical engineering.
大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程專業(yè)
