Main Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)
1.Planning計(jì)劃:

-Organize the establishment and optimization of GMP related work in production department, including document system, change request, validation, CAPA, deviation, system operation monitoring, etc組織建立及完善GMP體系相關(guān)的生產(chǎn)部工作，包括文件系統(tǒng)、變更、驗(yàn)證、CAPA、偏差、體系操作監(jiān)查等管理
-Production workshop management, quality control and exception handling in the production workshop (Ampoule in production area )生產(chǎn)車間（安瓿）、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、質(zhì)量控制、異常處理等
3.Development發(fā)展:
-Informs about new technological developments. Submits proposals to improve manufacturing facilities.分享新技術(shù)的發(fā)展。 提交改進(jìn)制造設(shè)施的建議。
-Executes and examines the testing of new pilot facilities/equipment and new manufacturing methods. Decides on the implementation of new methods as well as the use and purchase of new production facilities.執(zhí)行和檢查新試點(diǎn)設(shè)施/設(shè)備和新制造方法的測(cè)試。 決定新方法的實(shí)施以及新生產(chǎn)設(shè)施的使用和購(gòu)買。
-Set up and optimize training management of production department, including new employee, retraining, documentation training, promotion training, etc建立與優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)部培訓(xùn)管理，包括新員工，各崗再培訓(xùn)、文件培訓(xùn)、晉級(jí)培訓(xùn)等等
Experience and Competencies 所需的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力
（一）Formal Education and Training教育和培訓(xùn)
1.Education: Bachelor or above 學(xué)歷：本科或以上學(xué)歷
2.Major: Engineering related majors 專業(yè)：工程相關(guān)類專業(yè)
（二）Occupational Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1.More than 3 years of experience in the area of production or close to production areas (maintenance, repair, logistics,quality) management experience, lean manufacturing 3年以上生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域或接近生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域（維護(hù)、維修、物流、質(zhì)量）管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精益制造
2.Good command of the English language良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力
3.Extensive lean knowledge which includes 5S methods, value stream analysis, etc. (lean-modules 1*, 2*, 3*, if required)廣泛的精益知識(shí)，包括5S方法、價(jià)值流分析等（精益模塊1*、2*、3*，如果需要）
