JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The principal objective of the Technical sales manager is overseeing technical and sales daily operations in China to make sure customers technical inquiry is solved in time and achieve sales target.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit tufting team customers to update the feedback on our product.
定期拜訪(fǎng)地毯客戶(hù)并更新使用反饋
- Monitor customer claim investigation progress, maintain customer satisfaction
監(jiān)控客訴處理進(jìn)度,保證客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度
- Ability to set sales target and achieve them effectively
能夠設(shè)定銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)并有效達(dá)成
- Overseeing China Automotive market sales, promotions, campaigns.
管理中國(guó)汽車(chē)市場(chǎng)的銷(xiāo)售工作及活動(dòng)。
- Collect automotive market and competitors’ information.
定期收集市場(chǎng)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者訊息。
- Monitor team member’s behavior and do career plan for them.
團(tuán)隊(duì)管理并且為成員進(jìn)行職業(yè)規(guī)劃
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to updated tufting team customers’ new technical requirement and factory facilities.
能定期更新地毯客戶(hù)的新技術(shù)要求和新設(shè)備的動(dòng)向
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new T/S and sales representatives.
計(jì)劃并主持招聘和培訓(xùn)新的技術(shù)和銷(xiāo)售人員
- Setting discount rates and determining price strategy.
指定折扣率和價(jià)格策略
- Conduct the training program to share technical/marketing information to customers/suppliers.
主導(dǎo)給客戶(hù)和供應(yīng)商的培訓(xùn)活動(dòng),并分享技術(shù)/市場(chǎng)信息
- Other tasks assigned by GM/sales director/Technical director.
總經(jīng)理、銷(xiāo)售總監(jiān)、技術(shù)總監(jiān)交辦的其他工作
Qualifications
- Education: College or University graduate.
教育程度:專(zhuān)科或大學(xué)畢業(yè)
- Work Experience: More than 3year of technical service and sales experience
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):3年以上技術(shù)服務(wù)及銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
