電力項(xiàng)目海外EPC變電站項(xiàng)目輸配電系統(tǒng)弱電項(xiàng)目PMP項(xiàng)目管理認(rèn)證電力/水利/熱力/燃?xì)?/span>
We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience for oversea EPC projects. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture.
Responsibilities and Duties：
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, and skills：
- Graduated from disciplines of Electrical / Architecture or similar
- 3-5 years experiences on Substation construction work or similar
- English writing and speaking
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Familiarity with SmartSheet software’s collaboration and time management tools (MS Project, P6…)
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control
- Advanced time management and learning skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Result oriented and strong responsibility during working
Preferred Qualifications：
- Multi-national engineering company experience
- Overseas EPC project management experience
- Familiar of power transmission and distribution system
- PMP Certification
