Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Lead or involve in yield improvement (chronic defects, product, design, material or process related).
2. Lead or involve in cost improvement by process optimization, alternative materials & chemistry qualification.
3. Lead or involve in process management improvement by process control capability improvement, recipe management and optimization.
4. Lead or involve in tool IQ/PQ(installation and process qualification).
5. Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimise quantity of raw and auxiliary materials.
6. Support qualification of BCP materials.
7. Co-drive customer claim analysis and improvement related with operations.
8. Continuous consultation with Process Engineering Manager/Program Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting).
9. Other Job assignment from superior.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degrees in Electron & Chemistry major and related field with 4 years’ experience.
2. At least 4 years’ experience in PCB or other electron factory, ENIG and surfacing finish experience is preferred.
3. Knowledge, Experience and Skill / Competency and Responsibility Requirements.
4. Completion of a technical education, experience in related industry advantageous.
5. Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and planning of experiments advantageous.
6. Willing and good in learning by doing.
7. Good Written and oral English skills.
8. Good stress management skills.
9. Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
10. Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well).
11. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Lotus Notes etc…
12. Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
13. Good leadership skills, willing to develop further.
14. Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949.
15. Good at manufacturing FMEA ,CP, Root cause analyzing.
16. Authority to give technical instructions and orders to all employees, subordinate to this process.
17. Find, correct and escalate all process deviations particularly in response area which not only production related also products quality included.
