崗位職責(zé):
負(fù)責(zé)水和樓宇行業(yè)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)和功能要求的定義，與公司內(nèi)部各部門(mén)及外部供應(yīng)商合作，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程，以達(dá)到產(chǎn)品性能、質(zhì)量與成本的綜合目標(biāo)。具體任務(wù)如下：
Responsible for defining the technical and functional requirements of products in the water and building industries, collaborating with various departments within the company and external suppliers, executing the product development process to achieve the comprehensive optimal goals of product performance, quality, and cost. The specific tasks are as follows:
1.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)商的技術(shù)能力審核和技術(shù)支持能力審核
Responsible for the technical capability audit and technical support capability audit of product suppliers
2.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品樣機(jī)的檢驗(yàn)要求確定
Responsible for determining the inspection requirements for product prototypes
3.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的樣機(jī)的符合性審核及簽發(fā)符合性證書(shū)
Responsible for the conformity audit of product prototypes and issuance of conformity certificates
4.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的全系列樣圖的審核
Responsible for reviewing the entire series of product approval drawings
5.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)審核，如扭矩、推力、流通能力等
Responsible for reviewing technical data of products, such as torque, thrust, flow capacity, etc.
6.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)商的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、制造規(guī)范、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)范的審核
Responsible for reviewing the design specifications, manufacturing specifications, and inspection specifications of product suppliers
7.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的采購(gòu)規(guī)范、外觀規(guī)范、標(biāo)識(shí)規(guī)范的制定
Responsible for formulating procurement standards, appearance standards, and marking standards for products
8.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量控制流程（ITP/QCP）規(guī)劃
Responsible for planning the standard quality control process (ITP/QCP) for the product
9.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)品文件制作，如產(chǎn)品樣本、使用說(shuō)明書(shū)
Responsible for the production of product documentation, such as product booklets and user manuals
10.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)商價(jià)格的審核和確認(rèn)
Responsible for reviewing and confirming supplier prices for products
11.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品確認(rèn)圖的設(shè)計(jì)
Responsible for designing the standard product approval drawings for the product
12.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的特殊設(shè)計(jì)可行性審查
Responsible for feasibility review of special design of products
13.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的特殊設(shè)計(jì)和備品備件的供應(yīng)商價(jià)格審核和確認(rèn)
Responsible for reviewing and confirming supplier prices for special product designs and spare parts
14.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的第三方測(cè)試和認(rèn)證、客戶(hù)測(cè)試和認(rèn)證的處理，，如CE/PED、TSG、API等
Responsible for handling third-party testing and certification of products, customer testing and certification, such as CE/PED, TSG, API, etc.
任職要求:
任職資格：
1、本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械加工類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2、在水行業(yè)和/或樓宇行業(yè)的閥門(mén)研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用有5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有雙偏心蝶閥、偏心半球閥設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、英語(yǔ)CET4級(jí)、會(huì)使用AutoCAD和某些3D軟件，如CFD；
4、熟悉閥門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，例如ASME、GB、DIN/EN等；
5、有責(zé)任心、細(xì)致耐心、有上進(jìn)心和主動(dòng)精神、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
