【職位描述】
·確定食物的產(chǎn)地和質(zhì)量。
·檢查廚房的所有產(chǎn)品。
·嘗試和開發(fā)新菜式和新的原材料。
·負責制定菜單和新菜式推介，并制定所有餐廳的操作規(guī)程包括廚房和服務(wù)臺（在餐廳經(jīng)理的幫助下）
·保證正確的衛(wèi)生操作流程，檢查并控制冷庫以保證食物周轉(zhuǎn)和清潔。
·在提供服務(wù)之前以及出菜之后進行檢查，如發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時解決。
·協(xié)調(diào)并檢查庫存食品和采購食品的質(zhì)量，對于所有進口產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量給予特別關(guān)注。
·To make that the specialized food are its origin and in quality.
·To supervise production of all kitchen items.
·Test and develop new dish and items
·Is strongly involved in menu planning, and recommending new dishes. Gives instructions in all outlets concerned for both kitchen and service side (with help of outlet Managers)
·Ensures correct hygienic procedures, checks and controls refrigerators to ensure proper food turnovers and cleanliness.
·Spot checks before service hours and thereafter in regular intervals in all food producing outlets and buffets and gives immediate attention in case of any discrepancies.
·Co-ordinates food orders from Storeroom and direct market and makes constant spot-check on their quality, gives special attention to all imported products.
