Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange the General Manager's daily work schedule, handle conference arrangements, and manage company seals.
- Collect and track departmental operational updates in a timely manner; assist the Deputy GM in coordinating cross-departmental business operations and keep track of the company’s major activities.
- Assist the Deputy GM in handling daily external affairs, including business negotiations and business receptions.
- Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of work experience.
- Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills; CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency required.
- Mandatory requirement: Proficiency in English as a working language for daily communication.
