Responsibility
1. Maintain current customer business, monitor sales trends & generate accurate forecast, develop existing customer new business. 維護當前客戶業(yè)務(wù),監(jiān)控銷售趨勢并生成準確的預測,開發(fā)現(xiàn)有客戶的新業(yè)務(wù)
2. Assist Sales Manager to implement sales strategy and business plan. 協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理實施銷售策略和業(yè)務(wù)計劃
3. Collaborate with the customer service team to coordinate sales activities and accelerate order execution speed. 與客戶服務(wù)團隊合作,協(xié)調(diào)銷售活動并加快訂單執(zhí)行速度
4. Identify customer key person, build and maintain sounding customer relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction. 確定客戶關(guān)鍵人物,建立并維護良好的客戶關(guān)系,確保高客戶滿意度
5. Understand customer needs/issues to propose value-based solution to key customers (ask the right questions to get insight). 了解客戶需求/問題,向關(guān)鍵客戶提出基于價值的解決方案(提出正確的問題以獲得洞察力)
6. Responsible for accurately matching SKUs using company resources, resolving non-standard part identification issues, maintaining material data, analyzing competitor products and providing alternatives, and explaining SKU rules and product features to customers.負責利用公司資源精準匹配物料號,解決非標件識別問題,維護物料數(shù)據(jù),分析競爭產(chǎn)品并提供替代建議,向客戶解釋物料編碼規(guī)則和產(chǎn)品特性。
7. Actively participate in customer’s R&D process and become a trusted advisor to customer hence to build a win-win long term relationship. 積極參與客戶的研發(fā)過程,成為客戶值得信賴的顧問,建立雙贏的長期關(guān)系
8. Assist Sales Manager for project management whenever needed, coordinate internal teams to ensure business landed. 協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理項目管理,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團隊確保業(yè)務(wù)落地
9. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure that various documents required by customers (including product reports, investigation reports, ROHS, REACH and other related investigation forms, etc.) are submitted on time and accurately, and collaborate with the sales team to obtain customer approval. 負責與內(nèi)、外部團隊協(xié)同合作,確保客戶所需的各類文件(包括產(chǎn)品報告、調(diào)查報告、ROHS及其他相關(guān)調(diào)查表)能夠按時、準確提交,并協(xié)同銷售團隊共同獲取客戶批準
10. Actively introduce and promote Bufab digital tools and logistics solutions to customers. 積極向客戶介紹和推廣Bufab數(shù)字化工具和物流解決方案
11. Make sales RAC(Result/Activities/Competence) plan and improve sales activities to meet sales target & GP target. 制定銷售RAC(結(jié)果/活動/能力)計劃并改進銷售活動,以達到銷售目標和GP目標
12. Attend weekly (pipeline review)/ monthly (customer sales review)/ yearly (annual sales plan) sales meeting, complete business reports to Sales Manager in a timely manner. 參加周(渠道審核)/月(客戶銷售審核)/年(年度銷售計劃)銷售會議,及時向銷售經(jīng)理完成業(yè)務(wù)報告
13. Assist sales managers in collaborating with Global Account Manager when needed to achieve business targets for Global Accounts. 在需要時協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理與全球客戶經(jīng)理合作,以實現(xiàn)全球客戶的業(yè)務(wù)目標
14. Creative selling in offering solution-based services to customers. 創(chuàng)造性銷售,為客戶提供基于解決方案的服務(wù)
15. Promote sustainability in the company, actively propose Bufab sustainable value to customers. 促進公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展,積極向客戶提出Bufab可持續(xù)價值
16. Identify, evaluate, control, improve sales and market risks, information security risks, and related compliance risks. 識別、評估、控制、改進銷售和市場風險、信息安全風險,及相關(guān)的合規(guī)性風險
17. Other tasks assigned by sales manager. 銷售經(jīng)理安排的其他任務(wù)
Education & Qualifications
1. College degree or above, min. 5 years relevant sales working experience in an international company. 大專以上學歷,5年以上國際公司相關(guān)銷售工作經(jīng)驗
2. Knowledgeable of the C-parts management business is a plus. 熟悉C-parts管理業(yè)務(wù)者優(yōu)先
3. Experienced in managing and serving key customers. 有管理和服務(wù)大客戶的經(jīng)驗
4. Good command of English reading and writing, English speaking is a plus. 良好的英語讀寫能力,能說英語者優(yōu)先
5. Ability to understand simple mechanical drawings and technical specifications is preferred. 能看懂簡單的機械圖紙和技術(shù)規(guī)格書者優(yōu)先
6. Proficient in Microsoft softwares (Word/Excel/Powerpoint). 精通微軟軟件(Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
