3. 人事檔案的管理,包括但不限于合同的簽訂、續(xù)簽,試用期的到期評估,以及勞動合同到期前的提醒等工作。
The management of HR personnel files, including but not limited to contract signing and renewal, probation period expiration evaluation, and reminders prior to labor contract expiration.
4. 處理與外籍員工或國際事務(wù)相關(guān)的人事工作。
Handling HR-related work involving foreign employees or international affairs.
5. 與各部門保持良好溝通,確保人事政策和流程的有效執(zhí)行。
Maintain good communication with various departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
6. 參與人事相關(guān)的項目工作,如員工滿意度調(diào)查、組織發(fā)展等。
Participate in HR-related projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys and organizational development.

1. 統(tǒng)招本科及以上學歷,英語可以作為工作語言。人力資源管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。

1. 2年以上人事相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
More than 2 years of work experience related to HR function.
2. 熟練使用人事管理系統(tǒng),具備良好的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力。
Proficient in using the HR management system with strong data processing capabilities.
3. 英語流利,能夠作為工作語言進行有效溝通。
Fluent in English, capable of effective communication as a working language.
