Responsibilities/工作內(nèi)容：
Reference Lab Procedures and equipment instruction to do prepare samples for all kind of test and inspection include samples cutting, grinding, mounting, polishing , etching, etc. by all Lab equipments and tools . ensure finishing test within inspection timeline. / 參閱實(shí)驗(yàn)室程序文件和設(shè)備說明對用來做各種測試的樣品做準(zhǔn)備和檢測，包括對樣塊通過使用實(shí)驗(yàn)室的各種設(shè)備和工具進(jìn)行的切，磨，鑲嵌，拋光，腐蝕等。確保在檢測時(shí)限內(nèi)完成檢測。
Analyses test results, report the result to HT technology Engineer or HT technology Supervisor if abnormal. / 分析測試結(jié)果，將異常情況匯報(bào)給熱處理技術(shù)工程師或主管。
Ensures proper documentation of all test procedures, findings and results, and files the respective protocols. / 確保所有測試過程、發(fā)現(xiàn)及結(jié)果、各自的條款文檔留存。
Upload the data to QKD system. 上傳檢測數(shù)據(jù)到質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)。
Help and support heat treatment Engineer to arrange &perform special or urgent inspection job.Be able to analysis heat treatment result. / 幫助和支持熱處理工程師安排&執(zhí)行特殊或緊急的檢測工作，并能夠分析熱處理結(jié)果。
Support technology process project,cut the product given by engineer and test the carburized depth. 支持工藝鏈項(xiàng)目，定期切割工程師定義的工件并檢測實(shí)際滲層深度。
Keep laboratory equipment operations properlyt. Coordinate and support maintenance people to restore using as soon as possible if some problem happen on our equipments. / 保持實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備處于良好狀態(tài)。一旦設(shè)備出現(xiàn)問題，給以維修人員支持和協(xié)調(diào)。
Qualifications/任職資格：
2 years or above of working experience in heat treatment area. / 兩年及以上熱處理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Majored in metal material. / 金屬材料相關(guān)專業(yè)
Colleague Degree or above/大專及以上學(xué)歷
Can adapt to shift work model/能適應(yīng)倒班
