崗位職責(zé):-Responsible for AP/AR management (應(yīng)收,應(yīng)付帳管理) -Prepare Financial statement (各類(lèi)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表整理) -Coordinate with auditor on yearly auditing work(配合HK審計(jì)師年審) -Keeping a strict record of all office expenditures and managing the budget including all required receipts, certificates and other required documents related to running an office in China (辦公室運(yùn)營(yíng)成本控制) -Managing and organizing all necessary filing systems and documents(財(cái)務(wù)文件管理) -Responsibility for and maintaining all supplies of stationery, electronic and IT equipment to ensure the office runs efficiently and productively(辦公室日常運(yùn)營(yíng)管理) -Carrying out of all staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff(員工考核) -Holding daily and weekly meetings with senior management to review overall performance of staff and raise any issues that need to be addressed(列會(huì)主持及工作跟進(jìn)) -Writing weekly required progress reports for senior management, which may include reports on finances, staff performance, service development and/or China procurement annual review (管理層匯報(bào)工作進(jìn)度) 任職要求:Bachelor degree, major in Finance/Accounting (財(cái)會(huì)專(zhuān)業(yè),大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷) More than 5 years accounting and management experience(5年以上出口企業(yè)財(cái)會(huì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)) With HK audit experience(有香港財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳) Precise to work, follow process, planning and organizing(工作細(xì)致,注重流程) With experience in Shipping and can audit the Shipment paper work(有船務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更佳) Decision making, planning and organizing(計(jì)劃及組織能力強(qiáng)) Adaptability teamwork and collaboration(有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神) Good command of English/Mandarin(良好英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)寫(xiě)能力,英語(yǔ)可做工作語(yǔ)言) Good PC skills, especially Excel(良好電腦操作技能,特別EXCEL) Good communication skills, high responsibility, strong implementation capacity(溝通能力強(qiáng),認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)) Self motivated, team spirit and should be work under pressure(抗壓能力強(qiáng)) Honest, reliable; flexible(誠(chéng)實(shí)可靠) Please send us your CV if you are interested to join our team.
