2. Inform factory load the goods; 3. Make customs declaration documents; 4 Prepare custom documents, like invoice, packing list, certificate of origin documents, etc. 5. Make international express waybill invoice 6 Documents sorting and filing; 7. Follow up logistics and transportation, and deal with anomalies; 8 Communication and solve problems between customers, warehouse, logistics and factory

Job requirement 1. Proficient in Window Office 2. Strong communication and coordination skills, team work spirit 3. Proficient in reading ,writing and speaking English

工作職責(zé)

1 根據(jù)訂單要求與航空公司、船公司或者代理訂艙

2 協(xié)調(diào)安排倉庫出貨裝柜；

3 制作訂艙單、報(bào)關(guān)資料； 4 制作商業(yè)文件，包括發(fā)票裝箱單，產(chǎn)地證文件等；

5. 制作國際快運(yùn)運(yùn)單發(fā)票，對一般貨品/樣品做申報(bào)；

6 單證及文件的整理及歸檔； 7 全面跟進(jìn)物流運(yùn)輸，對異常有處理能力；

8 協(xié)調(diào)客戶、倉庫、物流和工廠之間的溝通并解決問題

1. 熟練掌握辦公軟件操作技巧 2. 較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，服從上司任務(wù)安排 3. 熟練讀寫英文，回復(fù)英文郵件
