- 負(fù)責(zé)異常訂單處理，及時協(xié)調(diào)訂單延誤、數(shù)量差異、資質(zhì)不符等問題，記錄處理過程并歸檔，確保訂單數(shù)據(jù)可追溯。
Responsible for handling abnormal orders, promptly coordinating issues such as order delays, quantity discrepancies, and non-compliance with qualifications, recording the handling process and archiving it to ensure the traceability of order data.
- 負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)出口清關(guān)及其他日常運(yùn)營工作。
Responsible for import and export customs clearance and other daily operational tasks.

任職要求Qualifications：
- 物流管理、藥學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，熟悉 GSP 對供應(yīng)鏈的要求。
Bachelor's degree or above in logistics management, pharmacy or related fields, familiar with GSP requirements for supply chain.
- 3 年以上醫(yī)藥行業(yè)訂單管理或供應(yīng)鏈經(jīng)驗，熟悉藥品采購訂單、銷售訂單全流程，有外資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
More than 3 years of experience in order management or supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry, familiar with the entire process of drug purchase orders and sales orders. Experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.
- 精通 SAP 模塊訂單管理功能，具備處理異常訂單的實戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗。
Proficient in the order management function of the SAP module and have practical experience in handling abnormal orders.
- 熟練使用 SAP 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)報表，可通過系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)識別訂單合規(guī)風(fēng)險（如超資質(zhì)范圍采購）。
Proficient in using SAP standard reports, capable of identifying order compliance risks (such as purchasing beyond the authorized scope) through system data.
- 優(yōu)秀的中英文書面及口頭表達(dá)能力。
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
