Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)(HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run university between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. 工作職責(zé)
1. 設(shè)計、部署和管理高性能計算 (HPC) 集群，支持大氣模擬、氣候建模和大規(guī)模環(huán)境分析等計算密集型建模任務(wù)。
2. 構(gòu)建并維護強大的環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)庫，整合傳感器數(shù)據(jù)、管理元數(shù)據(jù)、確保數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量，并為研究人員提供無縫的數(shù)據(jù)訪問和分析支持。
3. 負責(zé)系統(tǒng)管理工作，包括服務(wù)器安裝配置、操作系統(tǒng)管理維護、安全監(jiān)控及軟件更新升級，確保計算環(huán)境穩(wěn)定安全運行。
4. 配置和維護本地及遠程網(wǎng)絡(luò)與數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，保障傳感器、存儲系統(tǒng)、HPC資源與終端用戶之間的高效數(shù)據(jù)流傳輸。
5. 評估并實施新興技術(shù)（如云計算、容器化方案-Docker、可擴展存儲），持續(xù)增強機構(gòu)的技術(shù)能力和效率。
6. 為研究人員提供技術(shù)支持與合作，包括問題調(diào)試、系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化以及HPC工具和數(shù)據(jù)工作流程的培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)。
7. 協(xié)助設(shè)備采購的技術(shù)規(guī)劃和預(yù)算編制，負責(zé)供應(yīng)商評估選擇及物流協(xié)調(diào)管理事宜。
8. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并指導(dǎo)初級工程師，負責(zé)日常系統(tǒng)維護及用戶支持工作。
9. 積極參與機構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展，推動數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的環(huán)境研究發(fā)展，提升數(shù)據(jù)集的可訪問性與互操作性，保障設(shè)施技術(shù)生態(tài)的長期可持續(xù)性。

任職要求
1. 計算機科學(xué)、軟件工程、大氣科學(xué)、環(huán)境工程或相關(guān)理工科專業(yè)碩士及以上學(xué)位。
2. 熟悉氣象與環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)全生命周期管理流程，掌握氣候模型驗證及衛(wèi)星遙感數(shù)據(jù)分析方法論。
3. 具備大規(guī)模計算集群的架構(gòu)設(shè)計及性能調(diào)優(yōu)能力，精通主流并行計算框架與分布式任務(wù)調(diào)度系統(tǒng)。
4. 具有公有云服務(wù)部署實施經(jīng)歷（至少一種主流云平臺）。
5. 主導(dǎo)過復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)從需求分析到生產(chǎn)落地的完整交付周期，能獨立設(shè)計測試驗證方案并組織技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。
6. 熟練應(yīng)用關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫及時空數(shù)據(jù)庫解決方案，了解實時數(shù)據(jù)流處理技術(shù)框架的實現(xiàn)原理。
7. 擁有跨學(xué)科協(xié)作經(jīng)驗，可有效轉(zhuǎn)化科研需求為技術(shù)方案。
8. 能適應(yīng)中英雙語工作環(huán)境, 具有良好的中英文書寫和口語能力優(yōu)先。
