Scope of Job:
This role exists within the Operations department to compliment and support the Operations Management team. This role is varied and exciting; each day will bring fresh challenges that need to be met with a positive mental attitude whilst delivering project results. You will support Operations Department by managing the day-to-day administrations work, manage project and control system application.
1. Job Purpose
- Maintain excellent communication links within the Operations team and with other departments across the resort.
- Play a key role in the support of the Director of Operations on opening& special ad-hoc projects.
- Responsibilities include the ongoing design, development, implementation, maintenance, and training of the Operational systems in partnership with our local and domestic team.
- This position will coordinate project performance and be responsible for the timely and economic utilization of operations resources. In addition, this role will oversee the monitoring of system activity/accuracy and the maintenance of system structural data. This position will work closely with various user groups to accomplish business objectives and address system issues, ensuring issue resolution and tracking through Service Centre.The position will be responsible for analyzing ops performance- revenue, opex, labor cost etc and provide valuable input for operations management.
2. Key Accountabilities
- Developing Operations Dept. relationships whilst understanding the need for partnership and integration to set operational platforms for the success of the Operations team
- Partner with HR to schedule to oversee the scheduling process for training and development of cast.
- Develop training plans and strategies with HR for future MC development
- Working with CPT on labour opportunities and development on location specific issues.
- Updating and enhancement of operating guidelines.
- Key communication and messaging platform between Operations and other Functions throughout LLSHR.
3. Health & Safety
HSS at Merlin is the responsibility of all staff, so every employee has a duty to themselves, their colleagues and Merlin’s guests to work safely at all times.

? Follow established safe working practices and controls, use any personal protective equipment they are issued with, and abide by all relevant HSS rules and standards.
? Report immediately any HSS incidents, including unsafe acts or conditions, near-misses and injuries.
? Suggest any ideas they have for HSS improvements to their manager.
? Support Merlin’s measures to improve HSS performance.
? Participate in HSS training, campaigns and initiatives.
? Co-operate with health screening and surveillance as required.
If any employee feels that their HSS concerns have not been properly addressed locally, they should inform the Group HSS team, the Group HSS Director, the Human Resources department or the Whistleblowing Hotline.
Requirements:

- Very good Oral and Written English
- Must be good at Presentation and Reports
- Expertise in PC workstation hardware and software.
- Must be a positive, high-energy team player with a customer service focus.
- Proven detail orientation with strong logic and follow-through skills.
- Excellent English written and fair verbal communications skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of F&B members and external consultants & vendors.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking; Strong organization and work process skills.
- Excellent project planning and time management skills.
