We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing strategies for our medical devices. The successful candidate will also help conduct and support clinical research with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1.Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales of our medical devices. 2.Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. 3.Work with the sales team to create effective sales and marketing campaigns. 4.Provide clinical application support to customers, including training on product usage, troubleshooting, and answering clinical questions. 5.Help conduct and support clinical research with customers. 6.Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and conferences. 7.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with company goals and objectives. 8.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. 9.Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities. Requirements: 1.Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Science, Engineering, Basic Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Clinical Medicine. 2.Preferably, one or more international paper(s) published. 3.At least 1 years of experience in a related field, such as medical device marketing, biomedical engineering, or clinical research. 4.Fluent in English, both written and verbal. 5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. 9.Familiarity with emerging market trends and technologies.
