招聘方向：

1.商業(yè)項目現(xiàn)場安保管理；

以上方向經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，需具備上海標(biāo)桿奢侈品商業(yè)項目物管經(jīng)驗。

崗位職責(zé)：

1.協(xié)助部門負(fù)責(zé)人管理及督導(dǎo)管轄區(qū)域內(nèi)整個物業(yè)管理團隊的行政工作。

2.協(xié)調(diào)、編排、組織及監(jiān)督下屬及承辦商員工做好物業(yè)內(nèi)所有管理工作；

3.執(zhí)行公司及上級的工作指令及在節(jié)假日輪班工作。

工作內(nèi)容會隨著公司的營運方向及需要而調(diào)整。

任職要求：

1. 大專以上學(xué)歷，具備基礎(chǔ)英文讀寫能力優(yōu)先。

2. 5年商管項目物管崗位經(jīng)驗。

3. 熟悉物業(yè)管理管理及房地產(chǎn)相關(guān)的法律、法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范。

4. 有較強的協(xié)調(diào)溝通及公關(guān)能力； 具備項目人員業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)技能。

5. 熟悉使用Office等辦公軟件，PPT制作水平良好。
