崗位職責(zé):
1. 監(jiān)督員工工作;
2. 監(jiān)督承辦商(安保秩序)工作:
3. 協(xié)同推進(jìn)安保及消防演練及培訓(xùn);
4. 協(xié)助及處理客戶的投訴;
5. 協(xié)助對(duì)接租戶;
6. 協(xié)助及處理行政工作:
7. 公司/上級(jí)安排的其他工作;
8. 若部門(mén)經(jīng)理缺勤,替代其完成相應(yīng)的工作
9. 與其他部門(mén)保持良好的協(xié)作和溝通關(guān)系,經(jīng)常主動(dòng)溝通,使項(xiàng)目正常的運(yùn)作。
任職資格:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2.8年及以上物業(yè)管理行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),2年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.具備高端零售項(xiàng)目物管經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
4.具備靜安區(qū)項(xiàng)目物管經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
