About the role
As a Process Engineer at Alleima, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing processes to ensure sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Pre-study the feasibility of customer specification by close communicating with tube production expert. such as R&D engineer, expert within PA tube mill 通過(guò)與鋼管生產(chǎn)專(zhuān)家，如研發(fā)工程師以及管材業(yè)務(wù)中其他生產(chǎn)單元的專(zhuān)家，密切溝通，預(yù)研究客戶(hù)規(guī)范的可行性
2. Build up qualification project frame in terms of cost, implementation time plan and future payback 依據(jù)成本，完成計(jì)劃以及未來(lái)的回報(bào)，建立質(zhì)量認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目框架
3. Finalize order form and trial plan based on input from sales/customer service 基于銷(xiāo)售/客服提供的信息，完成訂購(gòu)單和測(cè)試計(jì)劃
4. Coordinate, execute and follow up the qualification precisely according to time plan 依照計(jì)劃，準(zhǔn)確的協(xié)調(diào)，執(zhí)行和更新質(zhì)量認(rèn)證
5. Coordinate and prepare production and sale according to the requirement of trail plan 依據(jù)測(cè)試計(jì)劃要求，協(xié)調(diào)和準(zhǔn)備生產(chǎn)和銷(xiāo)售
6, Issue the technical report and finalize the process parameters 書(shū)寫(xiě)技術(shù)報(bào)告和確定工藝參數(shù)
7. Follow up mass production orders until reaching stable level 跟蹤批量生產(chǎn)訂單直至生產(chǎn)達(dá)到穩(wěn)定水平
8. Develop qualification procedures and methods and issue qualification management procedure 開(kāi)發(fā)質(zhì)量認(rèn)證流程和方法以及書(shū)寫(xiě)質(zhì)量認(rèn)證管理程序
9. Lead discuss with customer regarding technical issue in product application area, provide possible solution if need 就產(chǎn)品在應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)技術(shù)與客戶(hù)進(jìn)行討論， 并在必要時(shí)提供可能的解決方案
10. Manage Automobile tube product project, lead APQP process 管理汽車(chē)用管項(xiàng)目， 主導(dǎo)APQP流程
11. Be able to assist different assignments outside the scope of this work description under special condition 在特殊情況下，能夠協(xié)助本工作描述以外不同的任務(wù)

About you
1. Strong knowledge and experience on stainless tube(include U-bending) production and related stainless production area 豐富的不銹鋼鋼管(包含彎管）或不銹鋼生產(chǎn)知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. Strong knowledge on material science or mechanical related 豐富的材料科學(xué)知識(shí)或機(jī)械相關(guān)的知識(shí)
3.Deep knowledge in tubing product standards, test standards and application standards (ASTM, EN, GB etc. And good knowledge and practice on Quality tools such as SPC, APQP etc 豐富的鋼管產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（美標(biāo)，歐標(biāo)和國(guó)標(biāo)）方面的知識(shí)。以及在質(zhì)量工具上有良好的知識(shí)和實(shí)踐，如SPC, SPQP等
4.Familiar with Automobile industry, good understanding of its system requirement such as IAT F 16949and tube product requirement 熟悉汽車(chē)行業(yè),對(duì)其體系要求 如IATF16949及用管要求具備相當(dāng)?shù)牧私?/div>
5. Familiar with basic software (MS Office, Auto CAD, etc.) 熟悉基本的軟件操作，如辦公軟件，機(jī)械制圖等
6. Good communication skills 良好的溝通能力
7. Good written and spoken English 良好的英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作和聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力
8. Strong team cooperation spirit 較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
9. Project management skill 項(xiàng)目管理能力
