工作描述Job description：
1. 協(xié)助主教老師進行班級各項組織管理工作，例如：生活活動工作、教室管理工作、安全管理工作等；
Assist Lead Teacher in organizing and managing the class, such as practical life activities, classroom management, safety security management, etc.;
2. 協(xié)助主教老師完成每周教學課程的計劃和安排及教學工作；
Assist Lead Teacher in completing weekly curriculum plan and arrangement;
3. 配合主教老師，幼兒家長的關系維護；
Assist Lead Teacher in building rapport with parents;
4. 配合園區(qū)，參與并完成園內(nèi)外的各類招生宣傳活動。
