崗位職責:
1、協(xié)助執(zhí)行招聘工作;如電話邀約,協(xié)助面試安排;
Assist in the implementation of recruitment work; Assist with interview arrangements if invited by phone
2、協(xié)助各類人力資源表數(shù)據(jù)匯總;
Assist in the data summary of various human resources tables
3、協(xié)助人力資源部日常工作的開展。
Assist the Human Resources Department in carrying out daily work;
4、負責候選人的體檢、背景調(diào)查以及入職材料搜集、整理何歸檔。
Responsible for candidates' physical examination, background investigation and entry materials collection, sorting and filing.
任職要求:
1、統(tǒng)招本科及以上學歷,人力資源或管理相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor or above degree in human resource or management related majors.
2、良好的項目管理能力、溝通表達能力
Project management skill, having experience in leading projects, good communication and expression skills with cross function partners.
3、態(tài)度積極,結(jié)果導向
Proactive and result driven.
4、良好的解決問題的能力,以“行動+方案”為導向,并快速響應(yīng)
Solution provider. "Action +solution" oriented and quick response to the request raised by stakeholders, environment protection, regulation implementation etc.
5、良好的書面中英文能力
Excellent Chinese in written expression.
