職位描述
崗位職責:
1.Control the quality of the products in the process by the quality management system requirements, ensuring the products are in accord with nation and company quality standards.
按照質量管理體系的要求控制生產過程中產品的質量,確保產品符合國家和公司的質量標準。
2.Carry out management of analytical instruments and test methods to maintain and continuously improve their accuracy and reliability.
開展分析儀器和測試方法管理,保持并持續(xù)提高其準確性與可靠性。
3.Solve technical issues on analytical instruments, test methods, etc.
負責解決分析儀器、檢測方法等方面的技術問題。
4.Develop and implement OJT program for analysts.
制定并實施實驗員在崗培訓計劃。
5.Support for processing deviation reports (e.g., out of specification, events, deviations, CAPA-Processes).
支持偏差流程處理(如超標,事件,偏差,糾正預防等流程)。
6.Support to investigate raw material or product issues within production and quality issues in the market..
支持生產過程中原材料或產品問題以及市售產品問題的調查。
7.Follow the HSE management regulations of the company and laboratory, carry out JHA analysis, implement the rectification of potential HSE hazards.
遵循公司及實驗室HSE管理規(guī)定,開展JHA分析,落實HSE隱患的整改。
8.Implement the laboratory chemicals management regulation, control dangerous chemicals such as hypertoxic, precursor and explosive chemicals strictly.
執(zhí)行實驗室化學品管理規(guī)定,嚴格管控劇毒、易制毒、易制爆等危險化學品。
9.Collect the latest information of test standards and laboratory instruments to continuously improve test methods.
收集最新的檢測標準、實驗室儀器設備方面的信息以持續(xù)改進檢測方法。
10.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.其它由上級主管安排的相關工作事項。
任職要求:
1.Bachelor and above degree in chemical process, chemical analysis or related Major
具有本科及以上學歷,化學工程、化學分析等相關專業(yè)。
2.Min 8 years’ working experience in chemical QC laboratory
8年以上化工企業(yè)實驗室分析工作經驗
3.Solid knowledge of chemical analysis, instrumental analysis, proficient in conventional analytical techniques
有扎實的化學分析、儀器分析知識,精通常規(guī)的分析技術
4.Proficient in GC, HPLC, titrator, AFS and other analytical instruments.
精通GC,HPLC,滴定儀,AFS等分析儀器
5.Good data analysis ability
良好的數據分析能力
6.Good English language ability in reading
良好的英文閱讀與理解能力
7.High integrity and responsible working attitude, good self-motivation ability.
正直、負責的工作態(tài)度,良好的自我激勵能力。
8.Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills
