崗位職責: 1.Lead the shift team to perform analysis plan for raw materials, intermediate products and final productsand, complete the inspection tasks. 組織班組執(zhí)行原料、中間品、成品分析計劃，完成相應(yīng)檢驗任務(wù)。 2.Audit the test results analyzed by analysts to ensure their accuracy and timeliness. Timely report production anomalies, data anomalies, instrument failures, LIMS anomalies and other special issues. 組織好交接班工作，及時報告生產(chǎn)異常、數(shù)據(jù)異常、儀器故障、LIMS異常等特殊情況。 4.Implement OJT program for analysts. 組織實施實驗員在崗培訓計劃。 5.Be responsible for HSE management of the shift team. Carry out the investigation and rectification of HSE hazards. 負責班組安全管理工作，開展HSE隱患的排查與整改。 6.Know well about the status of the team members, coordinate and solve conflicts, motivate and guide team members to complete the work better. 了解掌握本班人員狀態(tài)，協(xié)調(diào)解決矛盾，激勵和指導本班人員更好的完成工作。 7.Carry out 5S work, improve 5S management level of team. 開展5S工作，提高班組5S管理水平。 8.Other tasks assigned by supervisors. 其它由上級主管安排的相關(guān)工作事項。 任職要求: 1.Junior college and above degree in chemical process, chemical analysis or related Major 具有大專及以上學歷，化學工程、化學分析等相關(guān)專業(yè)。 2.Min 3 years’ working experience in chemical QC laboratory 3年以上化工企業(yè)實驗室分析工作經(jīng)驗 3.Familiar with chemical analysis, instrumental analysis 熟悉化學分析、儀器分析知識 4.Familiar with GC, HPLC, titrator, AFS and other analytical instruments. 熟悉GC，HPLC，滴定儀，AFS等分析儀器 5.Basic skill of English reading and comprehension. 基本的英文閱讀與理解能力 6.Integrity and responsible working attitude, self-motivation ability. 7.Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和團隊協(xié)作能力 8.Comply with company regulations, HSE rules（Health, safety, environment, security and energy saving and low carbon compliance policies）, etc. in daily work. 按照當?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)、公司政策、HSE政策（健康、安全、環(huán)境、安保及節(jié)能低碳等）、行為準則等要求，在日常工作中樹立合規(guī)榜樣。 9.Guide and monitor team member compliance. 指導并監(jiān)督團隊成員的合規(guī)性。
