- 根據(jù)酒店市場定位及年度目標,制定全面的市場營銷計劃及預(yù)算。
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets based on the hotel's positioning and annual goals.
2. **市場分析與推廣**
- 分析行業(yè)趨勢、競爭對手及客戶需求,調(diào)整營銷方案以提升市場份額。
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs, optimizing campaigns to increase market share.
3. **客戶關(guān)系管理**
- 維護重要客戶(如企業(yè)、旅行社、會展公司)關(guān)系,開發(fā)新客戶資源。
- Maintain relationships with key accounts (e.g., corporations, travel agencies, event planners) and explore new business opportunities.
4. **品牌管理與宣傳**
- 策劃線上線下品牌推廣活動(如社交媒體、OTA平臺、行業(yè)展會等)。
- Organize brand promotion campaigns (e.g., social media, OTAs, trade shows) to enhance visibility.
5. **團隊協(xié)作與培訓(xùn)**

二、 **任職要求 / Requirements**
1. **教育背景**

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred.
2. **工作經(jīng)驗**
- 5年以上高星級酒店或相關(guān)行業(yè)營銷經(jīng)驗,有團隊管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
- 5+ years of marketing experience in star-rated hotels or related industries; team management experience is a plus.
3. **技能要求**
