HR Business Partner Support
Provide effective HR Business partnering support to the assigned schools and departments in HR matters and issues;
Effectively utilise HR information systems and databases to record, update and effectively utilize employee data;
Provide excellent customer service in responding to enquiries to drive on-time and practical solutions;
Maintain employee data and files, ensuring they are well organised and up-to-date;
Support the performance management process, including working with Line Managers and Principals in the collation, analysis and implementation of data and results to drive a high performance culture.
Recruitment and Selection
Provide support and input to the recruitment process, including application assessment, shortlisting and selection, and onwards to the onboarding and induction of new staff;
Provide support in recruitment administration, including screening applications and assisting with the organising of interviews and liaising with candidates;
Liaise with individuals and external organisations, both in Singapore and abroad, to verify candidate references and qualifications;
Utilise the various recruitment tools to advertise and manage vacancies.
HR Administration
Assist in the organising and administration for learning and development activities and administer the training grant applications across the schools in EtonHouse;
Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on employment pass / S-Pass and work permit applications and renewals as required;
Assist in the organising of staff events in the company.
HR Projects
Deliver practical, value adding and on-time solutions to assigned Group HR projects and work activities.
Qualification
Diploma in the relevant discipline (preferred).
Skills and Experiences
3-4 years of working experience in a HR generalist role.
Conversant with the Singapore Employment Act and a good understanding of general HR practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset. Putting our internal stakeholder’s interest first.
Ability to empathise and communicate with employees of all levels including ancillary staff.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good team player and collaborative.
Resilient with proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment.
Experience in Early Childhood Education or in the Educator Sector will be an advantage.
