What this job involves
-Work closely with TA recruiters to enhance effective hiring processes.
-Conduct on boarding process for the new hires.
-Conduct the healthy check and background check for new hires.
-Responsible for the new hire data input into the HR system.
-Update staffing reports.
-Coordinate and support other ad hoc staffing or HR project if necessary.
Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
-University graduate;Human Resources;Psychology or Commerce is a plus;
-Familiar with local social media channels regarding to recruitment related activities;
-Be passionate and proactive; willing and able to take initiatives;
-A high level of sense of ownership and personal accountability;
-A strong client service orientation with the ability to create impact and build rapport quickly;
-A team player and good communicator.
-Good command of English both in oral and written;
-Strong PC skills in windows applications (Excel;Word;Power-point)
