Logistics & Planning: Oversee logistics operations, production planning, and supplier performance monitoring. ? Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS ? Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in supply chain or supplier quality. ? Experience in the circular connectors, defense, or aerospace sector is a strong asset. ? Solid knowledge of quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001). ? Ability to lead, organize, and coordinate supply chain activities. ? Optimize, analyze, and monitor component inventory levels. ? Identify risks such as deviations, workload fluctuations, bottlenecks, and blocking points. ? Analyze and monitor supply chain performance indicators. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to prioritize tasks and manage unexpected challenges. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders. ? Fluent English is required.
