崗位職責(zé): The Business Risk and Resilience (BRR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. The BRR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management. 1. Assist the implementation of Operation Risk Management Framework and support management to identify regulatory & internal policy changes for continuous risk identification and control monitoring. 2. Responsible for undertaking the CDD(Customer Due Diligence) process for new clients in accordance with the HSBC Global Standard and the relevant laws and local policies, processes & procedures. 3. Identify and escalate critical/exceptional issues to the appropriate management. 4. Assist to engage stakeholders as required. (including but not limited to Subject Matter Experts, other NFR teams, and Global Function, etc.) 5. Collect and maintain information and data for ongoing risk control and monitoring, document appropriately in internal systems.
任職要求: 1. Fulltime Graduation/Post graduation from recognized universities with 2 to 5 years of experience. 2. Good understanding of operational risk and controls preferably gained through experience in front line and/or risk roles, FCR/AML/KYC related knowledge. 3. Experience in retail banking operations / banking products, exposures to audit and/or compliance functions/ requirements an advantage. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring quality. 5. Good communication, analytical and critical thinking. 6.
